Nowadays a lot of melodic techno is coming from Eastern Europe. Xzaltacia, from Ukraine, is one of them. There is not much known about this guy, but he writes some good melodies. The title track Proton reminds me of some old tunes by Dusty Kid & Marascia.
The third track Claustophobia also has some nice melody that will stay in the head for quite some while.
